Getting There

Kingmauii Cafe – Museum Branch sits between Ocean Bay Forest Park (凹子底森林公園) and the Museum of Fine Arts Special District (Google Maps link). Public transit is a bit inconvenient — it's a 10-minute walk from the light rail or a 16-minute walk from the MRT — so I'd recommend riding a scooter. If you're driving, there's roadside parking or nearby parking lots, so that's fairly convenient.

How to Order (Menu)

Ordering is done by scanning a QR code with your phone and paying through an online payment tool. There's a good variety of dishes covering all sorts of categories. It's a shame the online ordering system doesn't have photos to reference, but everything we tasted was good, so there's not much to worry about.

Spicy Crispy Chicken Breakfast｜Chicken Tenders｜Latte｜Kingmauii Cold-Drip Coffee

The spicy crispy chicken breakfast was really generous — mostly round-shaped items — and everything tasted about as expected: tasty, and it should also fit that trendy, artsy, healthy vibe people are into these days. The chicken tenders were just average, nothing I'd especially recommend.

Our photographer specifically recommended the Kingmauii cold-drip coffee, and after trying it, I'd recommend it too — it has a distinctive fruity aroma, and the beans are a bit special, so it's worth a try. The latte was just a regular latte, nothing particularly notable.
