MUQE Factory (木櫃工廠創意鍋物) works as individual all-you-can-eat hot pots plus a self-serve buffet bar. I'd been seeing other people's reviews for ages and finally found time to bring the family. Overall the space is great — bright and clean — and the ingredients are solid: meats are sliced fresh to order and brought to your table, the seafood is generally very fresh, and the buffet bar has a wide variety. It's a great fit for family meals, and the individual-pot format is also friendly for groups who'd rather not share one pot. On the whole, I'd recommend giving it a try.
On the other hand, the value for money may not be outstanding — while there's plenty of variety, nothing stands out as a must-eat highlight, and the broths are fairly ordinary. That said, if you're not picky about specialty ingredients, this place will let you eat widely and leave satisfied.

MUQE Factory: A Distinctive Kaohsiung Hot Pot Restaurant Great for Group Meals
The decor is a cozy wood-toned style, spacious and bright — a really comfortable dining space. We arrived early so it wasn't crowded yet, but even at full capacity it wouldn't feel cramped, and groups can chat without disturbing each other. That's a big plus.

It's located on the 2nd floor of The Lees Hotel (Google Maps link), near the Kaohsiung Cultural Center. If you drive you can park in the hotel's underground garage, and scooters can park in the street-side spots outside — very convenient.

Dining options are split into individual hot pots and all-you-can-eat — basically everyone goes for the all-you-can-eat, which is NT$777 +10% for adults, with a kids' price for children. For families, that extra pricing flexibility is a nice touch.
Meats and seafood are ordered online and delivered to your table, so bring your phone to order; everything else is self-serve from the buffet bar.
